A RESOLUTION REVISING THE BOUNDARY OF THE KALISPELL CITY -COUNTY
JURISDICTIONAL AREA
WHEREAS, the Kalispell City -County Planning Board did on November
26, 1971 adopt and approve a resolution revising the boundary of
the jurisdictional areal of said Board, and
WHEREAS, said Kalispell City -County Planning Board has requested
the City of Kalispell to revise its Jurisdictional areal to comply
therewithp.and
WHEREAS, it appears reasonable and proper for the City of Kalispell
to comply with said request,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
that said council does approve the revision of the jurisdictional
areal of said Board to constitute the following described area in
Flathead Countyp Montanai
Beginning at a point, said point being the true point of
beginning and which point is the Northwest corner of Section 27,�
Township 29 North, Range 22 West; proceed thence east along the
North line of Sections 27, 26, and 25, Township 29 North, Range
22 West and East along the North line of Sections 30, 29, 28,
27, 260 Township 29 North, Range 21 West to a point, said point
being the intersection of the North line of Section 26, Town-
ship 29 North, Range 21 West with the West boundary of the
Flathead River; proceed thence in a southerly direction along
the We'st boundary of the Flathead River to a point, said point
being the intersection of the West boundary of the Flathead
River and the east, west mid -section line of Section 26, Town-
ship 29 North, Ranqe 21 West; proceed thence east along said
mid -section line to the east quarter corner common to Sections
25 and 26, Township 29 North, Range 21 West; proceed thence
South along the East line of Sections 26 and 35, Township 29
North# Rancre 21 West to a point, said point being the Southeast
corner of Section 35, Township 29 Norths Ranae 21 West, proceed
thence West along the Township line to a point, said point being
the Northeast corner of Section 2, Township 28 North, Range 21
West; ryoceed thence south alonq the east line of sections 2,
