RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ANNEX REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11-511, Revised Codes of
Montana, 1947, the State of Montana, acting by and through
the Montana State Fish and Game Commission and the State Fish
and Game Director, administrative agent thereof, has filed
with the clerk of the City of Kalispell, Montana, a petition
for annexation to the City of Kalispell of certain contiguous
real property in the County of Flathead, as more particularly
hereafter described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, deems it advisable and proper to annex the said real
property as petitioned and applied for;
NOW, THEIEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA:
That it is the intention of the governing body of the City
of Kalispell Montana to annex the following described land:
Beginning at a point 30 feet west of
the East Quarter corner of Section 12,
Township 28 North, Range 22 West and
on the west boundary of a county road
known as Merid�an Road; Thence westerly
and along the southerly boundary of the
county road, known as Two Mile Drive, a
distance of 460 feet to a point; thence
at right angles southerly, a distance of
297 feet to a point7 thence at right
angles easterly and parallel to the
south boundary of said county road last
mentioned, a distance of 460 feet to a
point on the west boundary of a county
road, thence at right angles northerly
and along the West boundary of said
county road, a distance of 297 feet to
the point of beginning. '
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 2/
day of 1'56,�b';' �"'�12 4,
19 7;L- at o'clock P� M. at the City Hall of Kalispell,
Montana is hereby set as the time and place for public hearing
on said petition and said resolution of intention and the City
Clerk is directed to give notice thereof as prescribed by law.
