Resolution 2837 - Pacific Power & Light Antenna Site LeaseR E 9; 0 L U T 1 0 N NO. 2837
WHEREAS, PACIFIC POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY has been leasing
an antenna site in the Southwest Quarter of Government Lot 12 of
Section 6, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, M.P.M.,'Flathead
County, Montana, under the terms of a Lease Agreement dated
December 2, 1968, wherein the City of Kalispell is the Lessor and
Pacific Power and Light Company is the Lessee; and
WHEREAS, it is in order to renew said Lease on the same terms
and conditions as contained In the Lease dated December 2,,1968,
NOW, THEREFORE,
"BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Kalispell,
Montana, meeting at a duly authorized and called
meeting of the City Council,,with a majority of the
members of the Council being present, do hereby authorize"
the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Kalispell to
enter into a Lease Agreement with Pacific Power and
Light Company relative to the above -described property
on the terms and conditions as are specifically set
forth in Lease Agreement designated as Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and by this reference specifically
incorporated herein."
