BE IT RESOLVED THAT IT IS THE INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVE14ENT DISTRICT
No. 313 FOR THE PURPOSE OF INSTALLING WATER MAINS, INSTALLING
SANITARY SEWEIRS AND INSTALLING CURBS AND PAVING IN THAT CERTAIN
AREA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
All of that area included in Northridge Heights, Section Four.
The approximate cost of said improvements is estimate<i to be
$100,000.00. Said'cost will be assessed against all of the parcels
of property within said district on the basis of the proportion
that the lineal feet of said parcel abutting the streets of said
district bears to the total lineal feet thereof within said district.
said cost may be paid in full upon completion of the contract, or in
twenty equal annual installments extending over a period of twenty
years.
The city Clark is hereby directed to give notice of the passage
of this resolution as required by law. Protests will be heard and
further action taken hereon as provided by law.
