RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT No. 313 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF INSTALLING WATER MAINS, INSTALLING SANITARY SEWERS,
AND INSTALLING CURBS AND PAVING IN NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS ADDITION,
SECTION FOUR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of May, 1971, said Council did pass
and adopt Resolution No. 2800, a resolution of intention to create
Special Improvement District No. 313; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of said City did give Notice of the
passage of said Resolution by publishing same for five successive
days in The Daily Inter Lake, a daily newspaper, published in
Kalispell, Montana, beginning on June 7, 1971, and also, on June
7, 1971, true copies of said Notice were mailed to all persons
having real property with said district; and
WHEREAS, on the 6th day,of July, 1971, at the next regular
meeting of said Council the Council did conduct a hearing on said
Resolution No. 2800, and no protests, written or oral, were made or
presented against creating said Special Improvement District No. 313,
NOW THEREFORE, said Council does hereby create Special Improve -
Tent District No. 313 for the purpose of installing water mains,
installing sanitary sewers, and installing curbs and paving in that
certain area described as follows:
All of that area included in Northridge Heights, Section
Four.
The approximate cost of said improvements is estimated to be
One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00). Said costs will be
assessed against all of the parcels of property within said district
on the basis of the proportion that the lineal feet of said parcel
abutting the streets of said district bears to the total lineal
feet thereof within said district. Said cost may be paid in full
upon completion of the contract, or in twenty equal annual install-
ments extending over a period of twenty years.
