BE IT IRESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2777,

meating of said City Council, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall

hereby extendod so as to embrace and incl&.de, the tract of lend described
in said Rl-""�oluticnn of Intontion No. 2777 and' harainafter desaribed, and
the said dn�3crlbed tract of laud is hereby d,�clared to ba annexed to aad
to be a part of tho City of Malispell, Vantana, and within the corporate
limits thereof. The time whon this resolution shall go Into effect and
the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, b4k
made by the inclusion of said tract of land within the boundaries or
corporate limits of the City of Yallspall, Montana, is hereby declared
to be May 10, 1971.
SECTION 2. Tzat the tract of land so embraced and included within the
boundaries of the City of Xallspall,� Montanao is more particularly
described as follows: I
