A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Councilv of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, to extend the corporate limits, and to amend Ordinance
#624 (Section 247 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, 1947) prescribing the limits of said City.
SECTION 2. That the proposed additional area to be included within the
corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, Is more particularly
described as follows:

SECTION 3. That the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, as described, will be in the best Interests of the City of
Kalispell, and the Inhabitants thereof, and to the Inhabitants of the
contiguous tract above described, and to be Included within the limits of
said City, and further that said addition will not materially mar the
symmetry and order of the City of Kalispell.
SECTION 4. That the said tract of land above described, and to be included
within the corporate limits of the City of Kalispellt as aforesaid, Is duly
and regularly platted as required by law, and Is to be classifed as No. 2
RESIDENCE ZONE.
SECTION 5. That on the 6th day of December, 1971 at 7:30 P. M. in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana, at a regular
meeting thereof, the City Council will consider any expressions of
approval or disapproval, In writing, of the proposed extension of the
boundaries of said City, from resident freeholders of the above described
.tract proposed to be embracedv within 20 days of the first publication of
notice. Such publication Is to be made in the Kalispell News, a weekly
newspaper, published in the City of Kalispell, Montana.
