,A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE INVESTMENT OF SURPLUS FUNDS
WHEREAS, The City of Kalispell has available for Investment certain
funds of the City,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL
that funds available for Investment be invested In United States Covernment
Securities yielding Interest in excess of 4�% and/or in Bank Tint Cert-
ificates of Deposit y1eldingnot less than 4�% interest.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Kalispell and approved by the
Mayor this 22nd day of June, 1971.
