SOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CALL FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS FOR
SPECIAL LMPROVE10NT DISTRICT NO. 313.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Kalispell,
in compliance with the statutes of the State of Montanar did, on the
6th day of July, 1971, create Special Improvement District No. 313
of the City of Kalispell for the purpose of installing water mains,
installing sanitary sewers and installing curbs and paving in all of
that area included in Northridge Heights, Section Four, in accordanc
with the terms and conditions as specified in Resolutions No. 2800
and No.. 2808.
TMEREAS, Atl'as Engineers, Inc., P. 0. Box 1483, Billings, Mont-
ana, has submitted plans of said construction, and same have been
approv�ed by the City Engineer for the City of Kalispell.
NOW THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved:
1. That the City Clerk forthwith call for bids for said
construction in accord with the laws of the State of Montana.
2. That the Notice of said call for bids be in the sub-
stantial form of and contain the provisions of Exhibit "A" attached
hereto.
