A RESOLUTION EXTENDINC SPECIAL LIGHTING AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 1,10. 51
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:,
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2309 entitled "A
Resolution of Intention to atend Sjpe;��ial Lighting District No. 5111, and after a
hearing held at a Re—ilar Montin.7 of said City Counsil, in the Council Chambers
of the City H&II in Y_,�Iispcll, Montana, at 7:�SG P. M. on July 6, 1971, pursuant
to said resolution and notice duly given by publicat2�,:)n as required by laws the
boundnries of Special Lighting and Yaintenance District No. 51 are hareby
extended so as to embrace and Include the tract of land described in said Res-
olution of Intention No. 2309, and hereinafter dascribed, and the said de.'=,�ibed
tract of land Is hereby declared to be Included I" Special Lighting and Maiz-4tenance
District: No..51 with the retention of all that land or area heretofore in said
District.
SECTION 2. That the tract of land or area so embraced and included with the
bounearies of Speolal LIZInting and Maintenance District No. 51 is more particularly
dascriba,l as, follows:
