Resolution 2793 - Transfer FundsRESOLUTION NO. 2793
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS IN THE CITY TREASURY
SECTION 1. WHEREAS the Pool Renovation Project has been completed and
the Pool Renovation Fund is temporarily deficient in the amount of
$3,398,12, and it Is necessary to make up this deficiency to redeem
registered warrants of the Pool Renovation Account;
SECTION 2* WHEREAS FURTHER REVENUE of the Pool Renovation Fund will
be delayed and may be used to reimburse the Park Fund when received;
SECTION 3. WHEREAS the Park Department has benefited from the Pool
Renovation Project and has sufficient monies to make up the temporary
deficiency of the Pool Renovation Fund;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $3,398.12 be transferred
from the Park Fund to the Pool Renovation Fund.

MONTANA, THIS 5TH DAY OF APRIL, 1971.
