1. It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Kalis-

Tife Safety Code, 190, National Fire -Pratection Associat' ion 4101, and

any ordinance heretofore- admtenl lr� sai"11 Council in conflict there-

3. The City Clerk is hcrebv' directed to give and proper
notice of this intention in accord with the law�3 of tile S'tatc- of
Aontaxia; and
