SECTION 2, That vlio proposed additional area to be Included within
the corporate limits of the City of EalWspoll, Montana, is more parti-
cularly described as follows:
SECTION 3. That the extension of the boundaries of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, as described, Vill be in the best Interests of
the City of Kalispoll, and the inhabitants thereof, and to the inhabi-
teats of the contiguous tract: above described, and to be included
within the limits of said City, and further that said addition will
not materially uuir the s�Ttu'cmtry and order of the City of Kalispell,
and that said tract proposed to Im iucluded 9within the corporate
limits of said City is to �'ald City, and is duly and regu-
larly platted as required by 1�,v.
SECTION 4. Tbat on the 4th day of August, 1969, at 7:30 P.M., In the
Council Chambers of the City klall in, Kalispell, Montana, at a regular
i,iieoting thereof, the City Council will consider any expressions of
approval or disapproval, In writing, of the proposed extension of the
boundaries of said City, from resident freeholders of the above des-
cribed tract proposed to be embraced, which expressions in writing
bave been filed with the City Clerk within 20 days of the first pub-
lication of notice.
SECTION 5, Tile City Clerk Is hereby directed to give proper notice
of the passage of this resolution, by publication, as required by
law, such publication to be made In the Kali&pell News, a weekly news�
oaper, published In the City of Kallspollv Montana.
