A RESOIXTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY
CC KALISPELL, KWANA.
DE IT RESOLVED BY THE C117 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
&OCT104 1. That it is tbo intentlon of the City Council of the City
ce Kalispell, Montana, to extend the corporate limits, and to avend
Ordinance 1624 (Section 247 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of
Kalispell* Montana, 1947) prescribing the limits of said City.
SECTION 2. That the propoW additional area to be included within
the corporate limits of the City of Wispell, Montana, is more parti-
cularly described as follows;

WCTION 3, That the extension of the boundaries of the City of.
Yalispell, Montana, as describedg will be in the best lWavests of
the City of Kallspell, and the inhabitants thereof, wal 'zo "�he iahabi-

vithin the limits of said City, and further that said addition will
zat materially nor the sjumetry and order of the City of Kalispall,
ord that said tract prop*sed to be included within the corporate

larly platted as required by law.
FECTION 4. That on the 4th day of August, 1969, at 700 P.M., In the
(nuncil Chambers of the City Hall In Kalispell, Montana, at a regular
rooting thereof, the City Council will consider any expressions of
opproval or disapproval, in writing, of the proposed extension of tka'�
houndarles of said City, from resident freeholders of the above des-
cribed tract proposed to be embraced, which expressions in writing
have been filed with the City Clerk witbin 20 days of the first pub-
lication of notice.
FECTION 5. The City Clark is hereby directed to give proper nowice
0 the passage of this resolution, by publication, as required oy
law, such publication to be wade in the Xallspoll Nows, a weekly news-
paper, published in tha City of Kalispell, Montana.
