2. Monies rocnivnd by the City of Kallsp&l under the provisions
of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 Ahall be
deposited in said fund.
3- Monies in the Crime Control Grant Wnd may be expanded only in
accordance with the lorwo of the grant document under which said
funds were rocelv0d, ar to relinburse the Cenernl or other fund Prev-
iously nxioting and from otich monies were expended for purposes
provided for in said Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of
1968. Said monies shall thereupon not to restore the particular
buyet 14m or items in said ammnt.
4. The provisions of this resolution shall apply only for the
remainder of the fiscal year ending 6-30-7N
