131.' IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,

A:
1. It is tlie intention of the City Council of the City of Kal-
i,ipe-11, r4ontana, to adopt, by referance, and in its entirety, the
Fire, Prevention Co�je, 1965, American Insurance Association; and
2, It iA'the intention of said Council by said adoption to repeal
any ordinance heretofore adopted by said Council in conflict
therewith; and
3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give and publish proper
notice of this intention in accord with the laws of the State of
Aontana; and
4. The City Clerk is also hereby directed to inuriediately obtain
tlir(--,e (3) copies of said Code and file sa',ue in his office for
inspection by the public; an(�
5. Final action on the adoption of said Code will be tukerk by
said Council at its regularly scheduled meeting of November 3, 1969.
