A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 312
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
'ECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 312 is hereby created
for the purpose of installing water mains in that certain area described
In Resolution No. 2716 and which area Is commonly called A Portion of
Kalispell Addition No. 9 5th Avenue East Extension.
SECTION 2. That said district Is created subject to the terms and
conditions as specified in Resolution No. 2716, entitled "A RESOLUTION
OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 312," passed
and approved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
on the 3rd day of February, 1969.
