A RFSOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF TYIE CITY OF

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, �!ONTANA:
SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council, of the City Of
Kalispell, Montana, to extend the corporate limits, and to amend Ordinance
#624 (Section 247 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, 1947) prescribing the limits of said City.
SECTION 2. That the proposed additional area to be included within the
corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,. Montana, is more particularly
described as follows:
Lots 1-3-4-5 Block 2
PARK VIEW TERFj%CE ADDITION
SECTION 3. That the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, as described above, will be In the best Interests of the City of
Kalispell, and the Inhabitants thereof, and to the inhabitants of the
contiguous tracts above described, and to be Included within the corpor-
ate limits of said City, and further that said addition will not materi-
ally mar the symmetry and order of the City of Kalispell, and that said
tracts proposed to be Included within the corporate limits of said City
are contiguous to said City.
SECTION 4. That the said tracts of land above describedv and to be in -
eluded within the corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montanat
are to be classified as NUMBER ONE RESIDENCE ZONE.
SECTION 5. That on the 2nd day of June, 1969, at 7.30 P.1,1. in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana, at a regular Tneeting
thereof, the City Council will consider any expressions of approval or
disapproval, in writing, of the proposed extension of the boundaries of
said City from resident freeholders of the above described lots proposed
to be embraced, which expressions In writing have been filed with the
City Clerk on or before the 20th day following the first publication of
notice of Intention to annex this area.
SECTION 6. That the City Clerk Is hereby authorized and directed to give
proper notice of the passage of this resolution by publication, as re-
q"ired by law, such publication to be made In the Daily Inter Lake, a
daily newpaper published in the City of Kalispello Montana.
SECTION 7. The map outlining the area proposed to be annexed, marked
Zxhlbit "All is hereby made a part of this resolution.
