Resolution 2723 - Resolution of Intent - Annexation - VariousRESOLUTION No� 2723 A RESOLUTION 01", INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA. T�1, IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA: SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council, of the City 0 f Kalispell., Montana, to extend the corporate limits, and to amend Ordinance No. 624 (Section 247 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Kalispell, Montana, 1947) prescribing the I�tmits of said City. SECTION 2. That the proposed additional area to be included within tile corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more par- ticularly described as follows: BEGINNING with those lots lying East of Coulee Drive, in Elathead County, as shown on the Plat of the LeDuc Addition, and known as Lots Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, and 10; and LOTS Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and S, of Block 3, as shown on tfie Flat of Knolls Addition, lying West of Coulee Drive; and THAT PART of Knolls Addition dedicated as "C" Street, extending from the Westerly boundary of East Coulee Drive, West for a distance of 123 feet; and THE EAST 150 feet of the NorthEast parcel of Block 2, of Greenacres, owned by Fred A. 11 ' ansen and Patricia A. HaDsen, his wife, running parallel with Coulee Drive for a distance of 49.5 feet; and. THE NORTH 100 feet of Lot No.5, Block 3, Greenacres NorthWest, and the East 29.0 feet of the North 100 feet of Lot No.4, Block 3, of Greenacres NorthWest, owned by Charles B. Bondurant, Jr. and Cleo 1. Bondurant, his wife; and LOTS NOS, 27, 28 and 29, of Block 1, of Greenacres Original, owned by School District No.5; and ]'HE WEST 150 feet of Lots Nos. 30 and 31, of Block 1, of Greenacres Original, running parallel with Coulee Drive, owned by Richard L. Jukich and Kathleen B. Jukich, his wife; and THE WEST 150 feet of Lot No. 32, of Block 1, of Green - acres Original, running parallel with Coulee Drive, owned by Guy A. Bundrock and Lorraine K. Bundrock, his wife; and A TRACT beginning at the NorthWest corner of Lot No. 32, Block I,of GToonacres, thence North along the East boundary of the county road, which is likewise parallel with the East boundary line of Section 17, Township 28, Range 21, a distance of 44 feet, thence Easterly and parallel with the North boundary line of Block 32, a distance of 150 feet, thence South and at right angles a distance of 44 feet, more or less, to the North boundary line of Lot No. 32; thence Westerly along the North boundary line of Lot No. 32 (and which is likewise the South boundary line of the NorthEast Quarter of the SouthEast Quarter of Section 17) a distance of 150 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning, intending to in- clude all that portion of the road -bed right-of-way heretofore proposed as a County road; and ALL THAT PORTION of ground consisting of a right-of-WaY 1�11QWTI as Groenacres Drive, beginning at the point whoro Greenac,res Drif7e annexes and is contiguous to Woodland Avciiuc, thereby becoming a CODtinuation of Woodland Avenue in a Southerly direction, including all. of the road -bed and riglit-of-way area, along with necessary slope casciflents and other appurtenances, to a point where grceiracres Drive intersects with Fast Coulee Dri-ve to and including the intersection; thence South, includinj, all of the riglit-of-way known as East Coulee Drive, extending to a point where East Coulee Drive is parallel to the Southern boundary line of Lot No.27, Block 1, of Greenacres Original. SECTION 7. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give the proper notice of the passage of this resolution, by publication, as -required by law, such publication to be made in The Daily InterLake, a daily newspaper published in the City of Kalispell, Montana. SECTION 8. The map outlining the area proposed to be annexed, marked Exhibit "A", is hereby made a part of this resolution.
