A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING THE COST OF WATER SPRINKLING THE STREETS AND
AVENUES IN SPRINKLING DISTRICT NP.. 1, AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR
SAME FOR THE YEAR 1969,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues
In Sprinkling District No. 1 for the year 1969 Is estimated to be
$10,000.00.
SECTION 2. That a tax is hereby levied on all property In Sprinkling
District No, 1. for the cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues in
the district being assessed for that portion of the entire cost which
Its area bears to the area of the entire district* exclusive of streets,
avenues, alleys and public places.
