Resolution 2709 - Creates SID 311NVI
RESOLUTION NO. 2709
A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT -NO. 311.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 311 Is hereby created for
the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer in that certain area described in
Resolution No. 2707 and whibh area is commonly called Ashley Addition Area.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to the terms and conditions
as specified in Resolution NO- 2707, entitled "A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO
CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 311.1' passed and approved by the City
Council of the City of Kalispell, Montanal on the 3rd day of September$ 1968.
