Bjor 1, the undersigned, City Clerk of that the foregoing is a true and passed by the City Council of t4 regular meeting on _October 7,\, City of Kalispell, hereby certify ,ct copy of the resolution duly , of Kalisvell,'-Mo4tana, at a ty of Kalispell, Moni NOTICE OF SALE OF CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANAv SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS Notice'is hereby given by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, that the said City Council will, on the 4th day of November, 1968, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Mo"tana, sell to the highest bidder for cash, serial bonds of Special Improvement District No. 311, in the amount of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00), for the purpose of,defraying the cost of construction of sewer lines within the district. Serial bonds will be issued and sold, said bonds will be In the amount of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) each, Bonds will bear date of December 1, 1968 and will bear interest at -a rate not exceeding six per cent (67.), payable annually on the First day of January in each year, and said bonds shall become due and payable on the first day of January, 1979, provided however, that sAid bonds and each and all of the same shall be redeemed by the Treasurer of said City when there are funds In the respective Special Improvement District funds against which said bonds are issued, available therefore; provided that the Treasurer shall first pay out of the Special Improvement District Fund annually the Interest on all outstanding bonds upon presentation of the coupons belonging thereto, and any remaining funds shall be applied to the payment of the principal, and the redemption of the bonds In the order of their registration. Said bonds will be sold for not less than their par value with accrued interest to the date of delivery, and all bidders must state the lowest rate of Interest at which they will purchase the bonds at par. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to sell said bonds at private sale. All bids other than by or on behalf of the State Board of Land Commissioners must be accompanied by lawful moneys of the United States, cr a cashieros check, certified check, bank money order or bank draft drawn and issued by a National Banking Association located in the State of Montana, or by any banking corporation incorporated under the Laws of the State of Montana. payable to the order of the City Clerk of the City of Kalispell, Montana in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) which will be forfeited by the successful bidder and be retained as liquidated damages in the event that he shhll refuse to purchase the said bonds.
