A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, YONTA��,--
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANIA,
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No, 2655 catitle&
"A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATz 0�7
KALISPELLp MONTANA". and after a hearinZ held at A oZ zaid
City Council, In the Council Chambers of the City liall in Kalispell, Montana.
at 7:30 P. M. on February 5, 1963, pursuant to said resolution and notice
duly given by publication as required by law, the boundaries or corporate
limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace
and include the tract of land described in said resolution of Intention No.
2655, and hereinafter described, and the said described tract of land is hereby
declared to be annexed to and to be a part of the City of Kalis.,11,
and within the corporate limits thereof. The time when this rec�ol`%;tioa
go into effect apd the extension of the boundaries of the City of
Montana, be =ade-by the Inclusion of said tract of land within tLe
or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is hereby 4ec�"�:ed to
