RESOLUTION NO. 2��4
,RF,50LUT,jQN EXPRESSING THE POLICY OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR GUIDANCE
OF THE CITY ENGINEER OR BUILDING INSPECTOR IN ISSUING PERMITS FOR
THE MOVEMENT OF BUILDINGS WITHIN THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 24-50
THROUGH 24-56 OF THE KALISPELL CITY CODE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Mont-
ana, that the city engineer and/or building inspector of the City
of Kalispell, in the issuance of permits for the movement of build-
ings under the provisions of Sections 24-50 through 24-56 of the
Kalispell City Code, shall be guided by the following policy:
1. Permits for the movement of buildings from a lot within
the city to any point without the city limits may be
issued at the discretion of said city engineer or build-
ing inspector;
2. The issuance of a permit for the movement of a building
from a lot within the city limits to another lot also
within the city limits or, from a point without the city
to a lot within the city, shall first be presented to the
City Council for its' recommendation as to the granting
or withholding of such permit.
