A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING THE COST OF PARKING MAINTENANCE AND SPRINKI—IING
THE STREETS AND AVENUES WITH OIL IN OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT AND "=LNG
AN ASSESSMENT FOR SAME FOR THE YEAR 1968.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, 14ONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of Parking Maintenance and of Oil
Sprinkling District for the year 1%8 Is estimated to be �69,000.00.
AECTION 2. That the assessment Is hereby levied on all lots or parcels
of land within the city limits as follows:
501 x 1421 lots @ $1.50 per 1,000 square feet or $10.65 per lot.
Smaller parcels, parts of lots and tracts shall be assessed 21,;
per front foot on the first 501 or any portion thereof where actually
fronting or touching Streets or Avenues.
All other tracts or parcels larger than above shall be assiassed
at the rate of $1.50 per 1,000 square feet.
SrCTION 3. The assessment& are made pursuant to City Recoras on file in
the Office of the City Clark.
