AVENUES IN SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 1, AND LEVYING AN ASSESS1.2INT FGR�
SAME FOR THE YEAR 1968,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of sprinkling the Streets and Avenues
In Sprinkling District Ko.1 for the year 1968 is estimated to be
$10,000.00.
SECTION 2. That a tax to hereby levied on all property In Sprin%llng
District No. 1, for the cost of sprinkling the Streets and Aveaues in
the district being assessed for that portion of the entire cost which
Its area bears to the area of the entire district, exclusive of Stroots�
Avenuesv Alloys and Public Places.
