That it is the intention of �thc City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, t(� extead t�' 0 corporate 11"A�,,its. and to amend Section 247 of the Revised Ordina�"��s o: the City of Kalispell, Njontana of 1947, prescribinij the limitn of, said City. SECTION 2. That the proposed additional area to be included within the corporate limits of the City of Kallspell, Montan is more particularly 4escribed as follows: A tract, piece or parcel of land situate, lying'and bein in the southeast quarter of the northeast qu,�,rte�. of Lhe southwest quarter (SEY4NE�4SWX) of section eig�.,teea (18), T 28 N — R 21 W., P. M. M., Flathead County, Montana and more particularly described as follows to wit: Commencing at the southwest corner of Block sixteen of HIGH SCHOOL ADDITION to Kalispell, Montana, accordinc, to a Map or Plat on file and of record'at the officq of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Mo�tana; thence S 760 12' W., and along the southerly extension of Block 16 of High School Addition, 66,0 1 fe 1-1 t to the true point of beginning of the tract of land beinq described; thence S 760 12' W., 100.0 feet to a point; thence N 130 46', W.. and parallel to the centerline of Eighth Ave. West, 50.0 feet to a point: thence N 76o 12' E., and parallel to the southerly boundary line of the property being described, 100.0 feet to a point, 33.0 flaet from the centerline,of said 8th. Ave. West wh I en measured at right angles; thence S 130 48* E., and,paralle! to the centerline of 8th. Ave. West, 50.0 feet to the point of beginning and containing approxima'tely 5,000.0 square feet of land. more or less. SECTION 3. That the foregoi'ng described pronertv shall be, identified as follows: BAGENSTOS ADDITION TO KALISPELL SECTION 4, That the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, as described and identified above, will �e in the best interests of the City of Kalispell, and the inhabitants therof, and to the inhabitants of the con— tiguous tract 2bove described and identified. und to be in— cluded within the limits of said City, and further, that such addition will not materially mar the symmetry and order of the C ity of Kalispell, and that such tract proposed to be included within the corporate limits of said,City is contiguous to said City. SECTION 5'. That the said tract of land above described and identified, and to be included within the co�por&te limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, as aforesaid, is duly and regularly platted as required by law, and is to'be classified as number three RESIDENTIAL ZONE. I SECTION 6. The city Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give the proper notice of the passage of this resol4tion by publication as required by law, such publication to be made in the NEWS, a weekly newspaper published in the City of Kalispell.
