SECTION 1. That pursuant to the petition of prop,,Arty ow-aers bcarin,� date
October 7�1, 1967, it is the Intention of the City Council of yalissi%-I��,
to abandon the Westerly part of the street in toe Willis Addition to ItaliSpallp
to Blocks 1 and 2, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner Of Lot 6, Block 2,
Willis Addition; thcnco South a distance of 70 feet
to the South line of said street; thence We3t a:or,-.
the South line of said street a distance of 153.6
feet more or less to the Westerly line of said sub-
division; thence North 46deg��ree 101 East, a distance
of 73.3 feet; thence North 6 degree 524 East a d1s-
tarxe of 17.26 feet to the North line of siad street;
thence East a distance of 108.4 feet to the place of
beginuinZ.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall post 3 notices of the intention to abandon
said street at least one week before December 4, 1967, on which date the Council
intends to.act on the aforesaid petition.
