BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.''OF THE, CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA:

SECTION 2. That the general character of the

is the installation of water mains.
SECTION 3. That the estimated cost to said improvements
is $15,400.,00.
SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of said im—
provement shall be assessed agali5t clach lot within the
district to be assessed for th a t part of the wbole cost
which it's area bears to the area of the entire district,
except for the City paying for tne extra cost involved
for placing an oversized line.
SFCTION 5. That said assessment shall be paid for in full
UpGn completion of the Contract or sholl be paid in twenty
(20) oqual installments hereby extended for a pelriod ol
twonty (20) years. Said assessments shall constitute a
J'"nd to be known as Special Improvement District No. 309.
SFCTION 6. Said improvements shall be paid for in Special
I�Lprovement District Warrants id3ued agai�nst szid district
in surns not exceeding $500,00 euc�-, bearing interest at a
rate not to exceed six per cent (6%) per annum from date
of registration until called for redemption or paid in
full.
SECTION 7. That on the Ist day of April, !968, at 7;30 P.M�
in the Council Chambers of the City llzll in the City of
IiLliispell, Montana, at a reoalar meeting thereof, the City
rGuncil will hear and pass on any protests that may be
nizide against the making of said improvementsor the creation
of said district.
