RESOLUTION ABANDONING PORTION OF STREET IN WILLIE ADDITION 1) KALISPELL, MONTANA
BE IT RESOLVO BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF KALISPZLI, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. Notice of the hearing on the Petition of property ownera of Blocks
I and 2, all in Willis Addition to Kzlispell, Montana, requesting the abandon-
ment of the Westerly part of the street in Block I and 2, of the Willis Addition,
havIrl duly been posted, and no protests being heard, the abandonment of the
paman of spreet is hereby granted.
