A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 307
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANN:
SECTION 1. That it is the Intention of the City Council of the City of 7�ilispell.

11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 13, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 of Block 3
of Northridge Addition; Lots 1, 2. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. 10, 11, 12, 13,
14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 of Block 4 of
Northridge Addition; Lots I and 2,�and 3 of'Block'l of,Crestview Add-
ition; Lots I and 2 of Crestview Addition No. 2; Lot 1, Block I of
Crestview Addition No. 3; Lot 1, Block I of Blak0s Addition; School
District Five Junior High School Site, Block 1, Lot 1.
SECTION 2. That the general character of the improvements to be made in said
proposed Special Improvement District is the installation of a sanitary sewer.
SECTION 3. That the estimated cost of said improvements is $60,000.00
SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of said Improvements shall be
assessed against each lot within the district to be assessed for that part of
the whole cost whic� Its area bears to the area of the dntire district.
SECTION 5. That said assessment shall be paid for in full upon completion of
the contract, or shall be paid in-20 equal installments, hereby extended over
a period of 20 years. Said assessment.shall constitute a fund to be known as
Special Improvement Distriet No. 307.
SECTION 6. That said improvements shall be paid for In Special Improvement
District Warrants issued against said district In sums not to exceed $1,000.00
each, bearing interest at a rate not to exceed six percent (67.) per annum from
date of registration until called for redemption or paid in full.
SECTION 7. That on the 15th day of January, 1968, at 7:30 P. M. in the Council
Chambers of the City Rall in the City of Kalispell, Montana, at a regular meet-
ing thereof, the City Council will hear and pass on any protests that may be
made against the making of said Improvements or the creation of said district.
