A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF Tjj2 CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
BE IT ReSOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA'-
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2646 entitled

KALISPLLLo MONTkNA", and after a hearing held at a reaular meetinZ of said
City Council, In the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Xontana,
aL 7:30 P. M. on Decemloer 4, 1967, pursuant to said resolution a�ld �',Otioe 4ulY
aivea by publication as required by law, the boundaries or corporat.,�
of the, City of Kalispell, Montana are hereby extended so as to eimbrc-ce aad in-
clude the tract of land described.in said resolution of Intention No. 2646, and
hereinafter described, and the c4i d described tract of land is hereby declared
to be annexed to and to be a part of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and wiLhia
the limits thereof. The time when this resolutioa shall ,%o Into effect
and the extension of the boundaries of the City of Falispell, Monzr%,'�
by the inclusion of said tract of land within the boundaric5 or
of the City of Kalispell, Montana, Is hereby declared to be December 4, 1967.
SECTION 2. That the tract of land so embraced and included within the boundaries
of the City of Kalispell, Moatana, is more particularly described as follows:
