A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE BOND BID CONTRACT
FOR SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 302.
WHEREASx notice and publication of the acceptance of
bond bids for Special Improvement District 302 were duly had;
and
WHEREAS, the highest and best bidder, for $50,000.00 in
bonds for Special Improvement District 302, was Towe Banks
in Montana - First National Bank of Circle, Montana, at six
per c.ent (6%); and
WHEREAS, said bidder agreed to pay for printing said
bonds and for its own legal opinion;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City
Clerk of Kalispell be, and they hereby are, authorized to
execute the proper Bond Bid Contract with Towe Banks of
Montana - First National Bank of Circle, Montana.
