Mercord to purchase said tract of land at a price of $150.00, and
WHLREA.S, said offer is considered to be a fair offer, and its acceptance
would be in the best interests of the City of Kalispell
NOW TUEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, that the sale of the above described tract of land be authorized,
and that the Mayor be, and hereby is authorized and directed to execute
on behalf of the City of Kalispell, a good and 5uffieient deed to said
above described tract of land to G. Bryce Mercord and Florence Melissa
Mercord for and in consideration of the sum of $150.00.
