RESOLUTION NO. 2644
A 400LUTION CREATINC SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DTSTRICT NO. 305.
51 IT RZS0LVZD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 305 is hereby created for
the purpose of Installing a sanitary fewer in that certain area described In
Resolution No. 2642 and which area is commonly called the Fisher Addition
Sewer'Area.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to the terms and conditions
as spccified in RESOLUTION NO. 2642v entitled ''A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION To
CRZATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 305", passed and approved by the
City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, on the Ilth day of September,
1967.
