RESOLUVION AUTHORIZING IRYUR, TO SIGN LlEA-SIE FOR [)Ul,�11 GROUNUS.
5E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THIIE CITY OF K�%LISPELL,
WHERENS, the City needs land for the purpose of garbage disposal and
dimp grounds; and
WHEREAS, the City deems It nnst advantageous to maintain the dump
grounds at the present location;
NOW 1`17EREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the City enter Into an
agreement to lease land from Mr. P. A. Fisher for three years at $300.00
per year for the purpose of operating and naintaining a dump ground fat,
garbage disposal; and
IT AS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of Kalispell is hereby author-
ized to execute a lease with 10. H. A. Fisher for said purpose.
