WHEREAS, the City Council desires to provide better drainage in some
sections of the City, and

NOW THMEFORE, nE IT RESOLVED by the Council Df the City of Kalispell,
that any available revenue from the Sewer Fund be used ro construct, alter
or extend the City Storm Sewer System. The extent of such work shall to
governed by the amount of money available after all other necessary ex-
penses have been provided for and each major project shall be suhnitted to
the Council for its approval with the express understanding that each pro-
ject shall be conpleted before an additional ��,ajor project, is underwaken�
Mt It is understood hy the Council in passing this Resolution that
in sore cases this may take all the available revenue for a period up to
three years.
