A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS AND THAT
IT IS NECESSARY TO MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT
PROVIDED BY THE 1966-1967 BUDGET F*OR PARK PURPOSES:
WHEREAS, certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures
for Woodland Park have arisen in an amount of $5,000.00 in.
excess of the 1966-1967 Park Budget; and
WHEREAS, it is therefore necessary to call for an'
emergency budget in order to pay for the necessary additional
expenditures;

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Kalispeii
that by reason of the facts hereinabove stated an emergen . cy
is hereby declared to exist, and an expenditure of $5,000.00
in excess of the 1966-1967 Park Budget is necessary; Protests,
if any, shall be heard at 8:00 P.M., Junel2, 1967, at the
regular City Council meeting, Council Chambers, Kalispell,,
Montana.
