A ALSOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR BJORNEBY TO EXECUTE THE
LIBRARY CONS OLIDATI 0'�,! A(-1RErMtXT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA.
WHEREAS, the City has previously agreed to consolidate its
library with the County library; and
WHEREAS I A consolidation agreement has been tentatively
agreed to for this purpose; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City to authorize Mayor
B�orneby to execute said agreement,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an
agreement with the County for consolidation of the City and
County libraries and that Mayor Bjorneby be and he hereby is
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA, this 12th day of June, 1967.
