RESOLUTION NO. 2624
A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 304.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. ' That Speciai improvement District No.�304 is .
hereby created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer
in that certain area described in Resolution No. 2619 and
which area is commonly called the Adams Addition Sewer Area.
SECTION-2. That said district is created subject to the
terms and conditions as specified in RESOLUTION NO. 2619,�
entitled "RESOLUTION or INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPPOVEmEN'l
DISTRICT NO. 304", passed and'approved by the City Council of
the City of Kalispell, Montana. on the ist day of --l-;ay
1967.
