A RESOLUTION RESCINDING A PORTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2617 ORDERING CURBS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
WHEREAS more than seventy'!!-flve percent of the property owners of property
in the 1200 block of Fifth Avenue East have protested the installation of
concrete upright curbing it is khe judgment of the City Council that portion
of Resolution No. 2617 ordering the installation of curbing at the following
locations:
Block 210 lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
Block 211 lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ; being on both
sides of Fifth Avenue East'between Twelth Street East and Thirteenth Street East.
should be rescinded.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the portion of Resolution No. 2617 ordering
the construction of upright concrete curbing along the above described locations
Is hereby rescinded.
