A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 304
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C17Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA'
SECTION 1. That it is the Intention of the City Council of the City Of KallsPell'
Montana, to create Special Improvement District No. 304 for the following des-
cribed area;
Lots'l, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19,
20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 of Block 2; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,
10t 115 12, 13 of Block 3; Lots 11 2, 39 41 5 of Block 4; Lots 11 2,
3, 4t 5� 6 of Block 5; Lots lv 21 and 3 of Block 6; Lots 1, 2v 3. and
4 of Block 7 Adams Addition.
SECTION 2. That the general character of the improvements to be made in said
proposed Special Improvement District Is the installation of a sanitary sewer.
SECTION 3. That the estimated cost of said improvements Is $27,560.00.
SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of said Improvements shall be
assessed against each lot within the district to be assessed for that part of
the whole cost which its area bears to the area of the entire district.
SECTION 5. That said assessment shall be paid for in full upon completion of
the contract, or shall be paid in 20 equal Installments� hereby extended
over a period of 20 years. Said assessment shall constitute a fund to be
known as Special Improvement District No. 304.
SECTION 6. That said Improvements shall be paid for in Special Improvement
District Warrants issued against said district in sums not to exceed $1,000.00
each, bearing Interest at a rate not to exceed six percent (6%) per annuin from
date of registration until called for redemption or paid In full.
SECTION 7. That on the 5th day of Junev, 1967, at 7:30 P.M. in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall in the City of Kalispell, Montana, at a regular meet-
1ng. thereof, the City Council will hear and pass on any protests that may be
made against the making of said improvements or the creation of said district.
SECTION 8. The City Clerk Is hereby authorized and directed to give the proper
notice of the passage of this resolution by publication and mailing as required
by law, such publication to be made In the Daily Inter Lake, a daily newspaper,
published In the City of Kalispell, Montana.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, this
Ist day of May, 1967.
