A RESOLUTION ORDERING CURBS IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
That it Is the judgment of the City Council that concrete upright curbs shall be
Installed along the following locations in the City pursuant to Section 24-21 of
The Code of the City of Kalispell, Montana*
Block 210 lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
Block 211 lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ; being on both sides
of FIFTH AVENUE EAST between Twelth Street East and Thirteenth Street East.
