A RESOLUTION EsrimArING 'rHE COST OF LIGHTING THE STREETS AND AVENUES IN
THE LIGHTING DISTRICT, AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR SAME FOR THE YEAR
1967.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of the Special Lighting District for
the year 1967 Is estimated to be $40,000.00.
SECTION 2. That one-fourth of the cost of lighting said district shall
be paid from the General Fund.
SECTION 3. That the tax hereby levied for the remaining three -fourths
of the cost Is the amount set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land as shown by the special assessments on file In the
Office of the City Clerk.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
THIS 24TH DAY OF JULY, 1967.
