RESOLUTION NO. 2628
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2593.
WHEREASj the City adopted Resolution No. 2593 giving the
Board of Commissioners of Flathead County taxing authority
for library purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City deems said action to be premature,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the
City of Kalispell that Resolution No. 2593 be and the same
hereby is rescinded.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR, thisl2th day of June,
1967.
