A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING THE COST OF WATER SPRINKLING THE STREETS AND
AVENUES IN SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 1, AND LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR SAME
FOR THE YEAR 1967.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of sprinkling the Streets and Avenues
in Sprinkling District No. 1 for the year 1967 Is estimated to be
$10,400.00.
SECTION 2. That a tax is hereby levied on all property in Sprinkling
District No. 1, for the cost of sprinkling the Streets and Avenues in
the district being assessed for that portion of the entire cost which
its area bears to the area of the entire dietrict, exclusive of Streets,
Avenues� Alleys and Public Places,
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNTIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, THIS 24TH DAY OF JULY, 1967.
