RESOLUTION NO. 2632
A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING THE COST OF PARKING MAINTENANCE AND SPRINKLING
THE STREETS AND AVENUES wiTij OTL IN OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT AND LEVYING
AN ASSESSMENT FOR SAME FOR THE YFAR 1967.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of Parking Maintenance and of Oil
Sprinkling District for the year 1967 is estimated to be $46,000.00.
SECTION 2. That the assessment Is hereby levied on all lots or parcels
of land within the city limits as follows:
501 x 142' lots @ $1.00 per 1)000 square feet or $7.10 per lot.
Smaller parcels, parts of lots and tracts shall be assessed l41�
per front foot on the first 501 or any portion thereof where actually
fronting or touching Streets or Avenues.
All other tracts or parcels larger than above shall be assessed
at the rate of $1.00 per 1,000 square feet.
SECTION 3. The assessments are made pursuant to City Records on file
in the Office of the City Clerk.

THIS 24TH DAY OF JULY, 1967.
