A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF FEDERAL GRANT FOR NORTHWEST KALISPELL
SEWER PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell applied for a Federal Grant under 33 USC
466 et. sec. for a Federal Grant for the Northwest Kalispell Sewer Project;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Health, Education and Welfare has offered
a Federal Grant of $36,000.00 for said project, with certain assurances
requested therein; and
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell desires to accept said Federal Grant
and agrees to give the assurances requested;
IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Kalispell accept the Federal Grant of
$36,000.00 for the Northwest Kalispell Sewer Project, and give the assur-
ances requested In said Grant;
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they
hereby are authorized to file the formal acceptance required.

THIS 13TH DAY OF MARCH, 1967.
