RESOLUTION NO, 2606
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANNING AND OTHER DOCUMENTS SURXITTED TO THE UNITZD
STATES GOVERNMENT OOR T21 SANITARY SEWER SYSTER FOR NORTHWEST KALISPELL
WEEREAS, The City of Kalispell accepted an offer fror,,i the United States
Governnent for an advance for preparation of planning documents pertaining
to a public work described as Sanitary Sewer System for Northwest Kalispell;
and
WHEREAS, horrison-Maierle, Inc., Helena, Montana, was engaged to pre-
pare the planning documents for the aforesaid public work, and said archi-
tect and/or engineer has completed documents and submitted them for approval;
and
WHEREAS, the completed planning documents have been carefully studied
and are considered to comprise adequate planning of the public work essen-
tial to the cottmit3nity and within the financial ability of the City of Kali-
spell to construct;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council, the governing body
of said applicant, that the planning documents submitted by Morrison-Malerle,
Inc., as the basis for detailed planning of the Sanitary Sewer Improvements
dated September, 1966, and the statements In Form CFA-430, Request for Re-
view and Approval of Planning Documents, In connection with Housing and Hose
Finance Agency Project No. P-Mont-3258 be and the same are hereby approved;
