RESOLUTION NO. 2605
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN' FUNDS IN' THE CITY TREASURY�
BE I� RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CHY OF XALISPELL, i'2ONTANA,
WHEREAS the City Council. deems it ill the bsSt interest in the opera-
tion of the various funds of the City to eliminatc tho BOARD OF HE'ALTH
FUND, as a separate fund and to transfer the balance of the fund to the
SEWER FUND, and
WHERrAS there is now remaining in the BOARD OF HEALTH FUNI-D the sun
of $93.98, which will no longer be required;
NOW THERFEURE BE IT RESOLVED, that the sum of 123.28 he transferred
from the BOARD OF HEALTH FUND to the SEWER MIND, and the 15,0ARD OF HEALTH
FUND be closed out and discontinued.
